TRANSFORMER WORKSHOPSTransformers is back again this coming summer due to popular demand.
This fun workshop for adults uses a child’s drawing as an inspiration.
You will learn how to create a 2D or 3D object. We will discuss how to approach the design and then use simple construction techniques as we experiment with various materials. Most supplies will be provided, but there will be a small needs list with optional extras you may choose to bring with you. You may bring a child’s drawing with you or choose from a limited number available on the day. You must have the written and signed permission of the child’s parent or guardian to use the drawing for this purpose. Your ‘transformed’ object may be displayed at various venues around the Nelson/Tasman area over summer. COST: Gold coin donation Arts Council Nelson is proud to present this project with assistance from the Creative Communities.
